Ask for the operating airline, flight number, dates, Saudi arrival airport and any connections in both directions. We haven't tied a specific Manchester flight itinerary to our advertised packages, and seeing Manchester mentioned on a package page isn't a guarantee of a direct service at that price.
Use Manchester Airport's own departures page for flight status and terminal guidance, especially if your terminal changes closer to the date. Weigh up rail, coach, parking or even a pre-flight hotel for an early departure, and build in enough time for the least mobile person in your group to get from the kerb to the gate.
Ask whether you'll arrive in Jeddah or Madinah, since that decides the order of your hotel stays. A cheaper connecting flight sometimes means a longer journey or an awkward late-night hotel arrival. If your flights are on separate tickets, ask specifically about baggage collection, transit entry rules and who's responsible for a missed connection.

Request airport assistance through the airline and confirm it for Manchester, any transit airport and the Saudi airport.
