Pilgrims performing tawaf around the Kaaba at golden hour

Visa information

Umrah Visa Policy

What we handle for you

We prepare and submit your Umrah visa application, check your documents before submission and keep you updated at every step. Processing typically takes around 48 hours, although timings are set by the Saudi authorities and can vary with seasonal demand.

Documents required

A passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, a recent passport-size photograph and a completed application form. We confirm the exact requirements for your nationality and travel dates before you book, and send a full checklist once your package is confirmed.

Approval decisions

Every visa decision is made solely by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the relevant authorities. No agency can guarantee approval, and we will never promise an outcome. If an application is refused or delayed we will tell you straight away, explain the options and process any refund that the visa fee rules allow.

Fees and refunds

  • Umrah visa: £149
  • Tourist visa: £99
  • ETA: £29 to £39

Visa fees are set by the Saudi authorities and are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, even if the application is later refused. Where a package is cancelled before submission, visa fees already paid are refunded in full.

Other visa types

UK passport holders can also perform Umrah on a Saudi tourist eVisa. If a tourist visa suits your dates better, your consultant will explain the difference and handle that application instead.
