1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book an Umrah or Hajj package with Al Furqan Travels. By confirming a booking you accept them. Your consultant will always confirm the final price, hotels, flights and dates in writing before you pay.

2. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and you have accepted the written quotation. The balance is due by the date stated on your invoice. Prices are quoted in GBP and may change if airlines or hotels change their rates before you confirm; after full payment your price is fixed.

3. What your package includes

Each quotation lists exactly what is included — typically return flights, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, Umrah visa processing and ground transport in Saudi Arabia. Anything not listed is not included. Meals, insurance and optional tours are only included where your quotation says so.

4. Cancellations and changes

If you cancel, charges apply as stated on your invoice: airlines and hotels usually impose their own fees, and visa fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted. Date and name changes are subject to supplier availability and fees. We will always confirm any charge in writing before it is made.

5. Financial protection

Packages that include flights are protected. We will provide details of the financial protection that applies to your booking with your confirmation, so you know exactly how your money is covered before you travel.

6. Visas and travel documents

We prepare and submit your Umrah visa application, but visa decisions are made solely by the Saudi authorities and cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date and for meeting vaccination requirements. We provide a full document checklist before you travel.

7. Hotels and itineraries

Hotel distances and access details shown on this website are supplied by our partners and are stated as accurately as possible. Where a hotel becomes unavailable we will offer a hotel of the same or higher standard at no extra cost. Prayer times and worship are never restricted by our schedules — itineraries are planned around them.

8. Complaints and contact

If something is not right during your journey, contact us immediately — our team is available 24/7 — so we can resolve it while you are still travelling. Any further questions can be raised with us after you return.
