Dublin suits a lot of travellers, but it's worth comparing the cost and time of getting there from your home against another Irish airport or even a UK departure. Any flight we sell will be identified in a dated quote; a general airport guide isn't evidence of a direct Saudi service existing.
A connecting journey on a single booking carries different risks to separate tickets routed through another country. Ask who's responsible if the first flight is delayed, whether your bags are checked through, and whether you'll need to clear entry in the transit country. We'd avoid relying on a tight self-transfer if you're travelling with children or reduced mobility.
The official Saudi eVisa portal lists Ireland as eligible, but Irish residence on its own isn't the same as an Irish passport. Check the application route for each traveller individually, and if your itinerary passes through the UK, check UK entry or transit requirements separately for your nationality — a Saudi visa doesn't cover that leg.
Use Dublin Airport's own live departures page close to travel for flight status and terminal information. Arrange any assistance through the airline and confirm it again at each connection airport. Keep medications, authorisations and hotel or transfer contact details within reach for the whole journey.
Ask for the whole trip costed, not just a Saudi hotel price.
