Terms and Conditions for Al Furqan Travels
Bank Account Details For passengers required to deposit cash, please do so before 04:00 PM on weekdays and 02:00 PM on Saturdays. Payments deposited after these hours may not reflect on the same day; any resulting fare or tax differences must be borne by the passenger. Tickets are only issued upon receipt of full payment within the due date and time.
Please verify with your bank regarding online transfers, as some banks do not credit payments on the same day. Quoted fares are only honored once funds are received in full. Note that bank deposits and transfers are only credited on business weekdays and not on weekends or public holidays.

Important Security Note: This is our only authorized bank account. To protect yourself from loss, ensure the sort code and account number are entered accurately. We will never request payment to any other account. Payments made to other accounts are at your own risk.
Cancellations and Refunds All tickets and upfront deposits booked through us are non-changeable and non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 1–6 months and will only be paid out once received from the relevant airline or supplier.
To release a refund after the initial 6-week processing period, an email must be sent to refundstatus@flightcatchers.com. Refunds are subject to airline restrictions and our administration charges. The refund must be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
Bookings and Issuance
All quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued, even if full payment has been made. Tickets are generally issued within 48–72 hours of payment (or 12–24 hours if traveling the next day). We issue e-tickets only; no paper tickets will be provided.
Travel Documents and Requirements
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance, etc.) are valid. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
- USA Travel: Passengers must apply for an ESTA at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta.
- Boarding: We accept no liability if you are denied boarding or entry into a country due to incorrect documents or policy changes.
Visa Services
Visa processing may take up to two weeks. Al Furqan Travels holds no responsibility for delays or refusals by Saudi authorities. Visa fees are strictly non-refundable. Any increase in visa rates at the time of issuance must be covered by the passenger.
Umrah Packages and Accommodation
Umrah packages are non-changeable and non-refundable once confirmed. If you use NUSUK-provided transfers on a “visa only” or “no-transfer” package, we reserve the right to charge you the transfer cost plus a penalty.
- Hotels: While we strive to meet requirements, we may offer alternate hotels of a similar type if necessary. We are not responsible if a supplier changes your hotel after confirmation.
- Standards: Issues with hotel room conditions or amenities must be addressed directly with hotel management. We are responsible for the check-in process only.
- Children: Up to two children under 6 can stay free in a parents’ room, but breakfast must be paid directly to the hotel.
Additional Terms
- Flight Issues: We are not responsible for missed flights or boarding denials. These must be addressed directly with the airline.
- Third Parties: We are not responsible for the quality of third-party services like guides or tours.
- Surcharges: Business-to-business credit card transactions attract a 2% non-refundable surcharge. Debit cards carry no surcharge.
- Compliance: Passengers must comply with any new laws or taxes implemented by Saudi authorities.
Acceptance of Terms
By responding to our correspondence, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Please reply to your booking email confirming your itinerary and your responsibility for travel documents. This quotation is only valid upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
